Thank you for shopping at "Jewelery4U ". Our store is happy to offer a refund within 15 days of your purchase.
If 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will be offered a store credit. No refund or exchange can be done after 15 days.
1. Eligibility for refund or exchanges:
Your item must be unused, unaltered and must be in the original condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packing, including any accessories and certificates, with the tag attached to the product, if the tag has been removed, we cannot accept it for any return or exchange.
To complete a return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular price items can be refunded; clearance items cannot be returned.
2. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange/replacement, please send us an email at "jewelery4u23@gmail.com".
Once your item is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether its approved or rejected for refund/ store credit. If you are approved, then your refund will be applied to the credit card you used or your original method of payment within a few business days.
3. Shipping:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying return shipping.
